The First Step

The First Step

They say the first step to conquering an addiction is admitting you have one! Well, I have one! I have a few, but the one I have to admit to today is buying poses! I can’t walk past a pose shop without venturing in and most likely buying something! When I first started in SL I wondered why the heck anyone would need a pose. I was completely enthralled as my avatar went through the poses on a pose stand and I wanted to buy them, but I had absolutely no use for them! Then, Second Life fashion pictures started calling my name. I started out just posting whatever I was wearing on flickr. And of course, the best way to show off Second Life fashion is with great poses. And so began my descent into the addiction of poses. I now have a list of poses that goes on and on in my inventory, and have numerous Lumipro HUDs all loaded up and ready to go. Ahh…poses…..nothing ever made me so happy! 🙂

All people with addictions have enablers, I’m sure! Well, Le Poppycock is one of mine! I sit in giddy anticipation as I open up each new set and giggle in happiness as my addiction is fed! This time around Le Poppycock has a wonderful set of poses and props for the new round of The Liaison Cooperative. The Fine and Dandy set has canes, stools and hats for your posing enjoyment and all are perfect! The stools have rezz and wear options, the canes and hat are texture change too. What more can a woman(or man) want in a pose?

While I’m posing so prettily, I’m wearing a very cute top from Eyelure! The Knit Tank comes in lots of different designs, this is the Arrow Art pattern!

This hair is a beaut! This is Foxy, from the Essentials pack, from Doe! This is available at the current round of My Attic @ The Deck. I just want to add that ploom has rebranded to Doe!

The Shay Sandals for the SLink flat foot is a very nice creation from Pure Poison. They come in five sizes and are rigged mesh!

The Adore, bare skin in Peach tone is from Lumae. Lumae now has the Lelutka head appliers for many of the new skins!

The Tulip shorts are from {mon tissu} and no longer available.

I TP’d to Ocho Tango Place to take some pictures, but ended up at Cammino e Vivo Capovolto. So the hill you see behind me is Ocho tango Place!
