This Ain’t your Grandmother’s Dance Outfit!

This Ain't your Grandmother's Dance Outfit!

I have no idea what a stripper would wear back in my Grandmother’s day! Since both of my grandmothers have passed on, I’m not able to ask them! But, I really don’t think this would have been worn by anyone in the thirties or forties…well not even the fifties! The sixties I can’t attest to since it was a time of change for society! Times have certainly changed since my grandmothers would have been a young and carefree age! The late teens and early 20’s of the previous century were not exactly easy for women, but a hundred years later, are things any easier, for women…..or anyone? The world is a different place, and where it’s headed, who knows! But, I intend on staying positive, not sweating the small stuff(and to remember it’s all small stuff), and to live everyday like it’s my last!

After almost two and a half years of blogging, I’ve yet to conquer the dance pole! Not once have I posed on one, for fun or otherwise! So, with the release of the Industrial Dance Pole from Anachron, I thought it was high time I got up on that baby and shook my moneymaker! The dance pole is available at the current round of ROMP and it’s loaded with lots of really good poses, the ones that look impossible, but the dancers manage to do with ease! It’s texture change with 3 textures, I love the well worn look of this rusty one! ROMP runs until the end of the month!

Now, this outfit…..what can I say! There’s nothing quite like the look of a transparent outfit! I felt fairly secure putting it on, thinking it’s really not that revealing, weeeeellllll…..I cam around to my backside and what do I see there? Yea……a completely nekkid butt! Since I’ve got a stunning derriere I’m not afraid to show it off….but man is it chilly back there! This is the Tsubaki outfit from R2 Fashion and it’s available in three separate parts at Collabor88! The outfit is three pieces, sold individually, but at a really reasonable price, each!

The hair is Berta from Tableau Vivant.

The whole look starts with the Alex mesh head from Logo, wearing the Alexa skin in honey tone from Sinful Curves Skins. Along with the Lara mesh body(including feet) from Maitreya and the casual hands from SLink.

The lighting is from LumiPro, which I could not live without!
