Shine

Shine

Give me a word – give me a sign
Show me where to look – tell me what will I find? (What will I find?)
Lay me on the ground and fly me in the sky
Show me where to look – tell me what will I find? (What will I find?)

Oh – Heaven, let your light shine down
Oh – Heaven, let your light shine down
Oh – Heaven, let your light shine down
Oh – Heaven, let your light shine down

Love is in the water – love is in the air
Show me where to look – tell me will love be there? (Will love be there?)
Teach me how to speak – teach me how to share
Teach me where to go – tell me will love be there? (Will love be there?)

Oh – Heaven, let your light shine down
Oh – Heaven, let your light shine down
Oh – Heaven, let your light shine down
Oh – Heaven, let your light shine down

Give me a word – give me a sign
Show me where to look – tell me what will I find? (What will I find?)
Lay me on the ground and fly me in the sky
Show me where to look – tell me what will I find? (What will I find?)

Oh – Heaven, let your light shine down
Oh – Heaven, let your light shine down
Oh – Heaven, let your light shine down
Oh – Heaven, let your light shine down

I’m gonna let it shine – I’m gonna let it shine
Heaven, let your light shine on me
Oh, yeah
Heaven, let your light shine on me

Shine‘ ~Collective Soul~

I think it’s about time I share a more hopeful and positive song, because nothing is so terrible that one can be devoid of all hope. Really, it’s still cold outside and it’s snowing a little bit, but who cares! I’m officially behind in my spring work because of this weather, but you know what, I don’t care! My heart remains heavy from the weekend events with so many lives lost, but the world continues to turn and the sun will set tonight and rise again tomorrow, because life does go on. When I say that there’s hope and that life is precious, I’m saying it from a state of mind that knows this, deep down inside. It’s a healthy mental state that can accept things that happen in life and keep going, and although I have many ups and downs sometimes all in one day, I’m firmly and completely confident in the thought that life is always worth living, no matter what! I’ve lost loved ones in the past and thought I’d never survive, but I did….I will lose loved ones in the future and I will survive that too, the only thing to do is to accept it and never waste a second of it. At one time in my life I couldn’t bare to take another breath and I didn’t want to face another second, so I know what it’s like to be at the bottom with no hope. But there is hope, one just needs to reach out in any way possible to get help. I got the help I needed….it didn’t make me weak or less of a person, it just meant I couldn’t do it alone. So today I breathe deeply, knowing all I’ve got is right now, and that’s OK!

It’s the 2nd anniversary round of the Bodyfy event, and Wild Roots is celebrating with 2 new releases, plus this gift! The ‘Smoke’ tattoo is a gorgeous unisex sleeve tattoo with a highly detailed and intricate design that replicates smooth smoke rising. It’s compatible with the Maitreya, Belleza, and TMP mesh bodies plus anything that’s Omega compatible. There’s also tattoo layers for the classic avatars. It includes 3 ink tones too, this is the medium. The skin sacrifice will continue until April 24.

The ‘Sideview Bodysuit’ is from [Vale Koer].

The ‘Arwen’ hair is from MINA Hair.

I’m wearing the ‘Raine gen.2’ skin in tone 210 from Avada, on the ‘Lilo’ bento head from Catwa and the ‘Lara’ mesh body from Maitreya. I know there’s no detail in texturing in a black and white photo, but I want to add that the gen 2 skins from Avada are incredible, with ‘Raine gen 2’ being available now at The Makeover Room.

This pose is one of the 8 poses in the ‘Behind’ set from .Ininiti..

I’m in front of the ‘Mid Century Bed’ from Dutchie. The house plant is from Dust Bunny.
