These mist covered mountains
Are a home now for me
But my home is the lowlands
And always will be
Some day you’ll return to
Your valleys and your farms
And you’ll no longer burn
To be brothers in arms
Through these fields of destruction
Baptisms of fire
I’ve witnessed your suffering
As the battle raged high
And though they did hurt me so bad
In the fear and alarm
You did not desert me
My brothers in arms
There’s so many different worlds
So many different suns
And we have just one world
But we live in different ones
Now the sun’s gone to hell
And the moon riding high
Let me bid you farewell
Every man has to die
But it’s written in the starlight
And every line in your palm
We’re fools to make war
On our brothers in arms
‘Brother in Arms‘ ~Dire Straits~
I’ve never really done any serious photos featuring a weapon of any kind, so this is a little different for me, but I love the detail of this bento pose from The Owl. The fingers are perfectly placed and the peaceful concentration is rather cathartic. I’m not sure if one must be completely naked to hold their katana, but I wasn’t taking any chances, so I bared all for this. This pose is one of Set 74 from The Owl and it’s one of many group gifts available right now! The katana’s included with the poses and the group is free to join.
I’m at Grauland for this one, I’ll never run out of inspiration when I’m here. BTW, I checked the radar before I bared all…..wasn’t going to have anyone catch me with no clothes on! 😀
